The most destructive ingredient of improvement and change; internal Politics.
This is also as per my expertise is one of the continuous issues “aint calling it a challenge, due to the real impact of it” that most of the companies are facing. Such an issue holds the growth, success and just freezes the company at the same position with no improvement. Check your 5 years old financial statement, if the numbers aint improving that much. Then consider driving new cultural initiatives and focus on bringing everybody into the same picture with a unique mission and vision .Hold everybody responsible for. Especially yourself.
Yesterday is a History; The Future is NOT a Mystery! The mystery is why aren’t you focused enough to make everybody satisfied from your suppliers, employees, customers & shareholders.
I believe such stuff should be counted for to achieve the operational excellence goals and the successful drive of a business. What and whenever you applied any continuous improvement tools. Without ownership and the cultural change required for it. You are just losing time and money.
Dear Leadership; kindly eliminate those politics form your side, so wont cascade down to your lowest hierarchy levels. At the end if you wanna write history, go invent or discover something.
