This topic am releasing for discussion to grab the hand of that management who thinks they are clever enough and know well about how to manage organizations that might got some revenues in a some period of time.
The concept of having a marketing department which all of us know very well is ??? huh!!?
In some local organizations “especially the middle eastern ones” have that concept of the marketing is promotions , branding & Costs ! well let me tell you a concept . it’s a key element of the business strategy.
Once you “ the leader” not giving the marketing department an attention to drive your business relationship with your customers and market . then there is a huge lack of your management and you need to fix it ASAP .
Why is it a destructive improvement !? Well; One core function of the marketing department is the mighty MARKETING PLAN . which includes the current situational analysis of the market , opportunities and issue analysis . competition and positioning , B2B & B2C market share, proposed strategies and actions to drive the sales . at the end; a future vision of your profits and loss .
I believe such an effort has a high impact on improving the products and services you offer to your market segment . changing the acceleration process and huge impact on driving the operations . at the end of this practice , your avoiding total business costs of sustain in the current market , without licking your finger and wait to feel how it goes .
Old practices and old relationships doesn’t last forever . Markets are unstably emerging and growing in an unpredictable way . Focus on live market news feeds .. you don’t know when will it be the next financial crisis !
